Bird of the Hand Farm has organic live plants, organic vegetables, organic jellies, organic applesauce, and more! When in season, we also have fresh organic apples from our orchard. Our main apple varieties are: McIntosh, Cortland, and Red Delicous. We also have smaller quantities of other varieties. (Some are Heirloom) Roxbury Russett, Northern Spy, Granny Smith, Jonagold, Red Rome, Wealthy and Criterion (available over the course of the season as they ripen). Our farm is organically certified through Bay State Organic Certifiers and our products are USDA organically certified.
